Vidal Blanc grapes, grown in Sateks' hillside vineyard overlooking Lake James, are gently crushed and pressed, fermented with delicate yeasts, and hand-bottled to create an amazingly smooth, crisp white wine.  Light and fruity, this white wine pairs easily with delicately cooked fish and chicken.  A couple of friends, a little fresh fruit, a few moments to relax, and a bottle of Vidal Blanc - life doesn't get too much better.
