We can now ship to Indiana residents if they have filled out
a "shipping" form at the winery.
We can also ship
wines to a limited number of states, depending on the rules of
the other state. As we get a little further, we will increase
the number of states by obtaining a number of out of state
permits. The rules literally change weekly. Shipping is limited
now to those states that do not require permits. Watch for
updated announcements as we obtain permits over the next several
months. As of July 26, 2009 we will ship to
California
Florida (There are 5 dry counties we cannot ship to)
Michigan
Minnesota
North Carolina
Alaska (some counties only)
Colorado
New Hampshire
Indiana (In-person winery visit is required first, it's state
law)
Georgia (Only to In-State residents, in-store, shipping wine to
themselves)
