Art Show Guidelines

1. EVENT HOURS: 10:00AM-5:00PM.
2. SET-UP DETAILS: Set-up will begin at 8:00AM. Coffee & donuts will be provided by Satek Winery. We would like you to be set-up by 10:00AM when the winery opens and the event begins.  You must furnish your own tent, tables, chairs, extra help, etc.
3. LOCATION: The event will be held on the grounds of Satek Winery

4. SALES TAX: Each artist/exhibitor/vendor must collect sales tax and must have insurance (either event or home owner coverage for your goods). Satek Winery has special event insurance, but it will not cover any goods.  You bring your own furnishings (displays, tables, chairs, tent, etc).  Satek Winery will not be responsible for the tax charged on your sales or any damages incurred to your goods. 
5. COST: A $35.00 fee (per booth space) is to be sent in with your registration application. There will be no refunds after August 1st, 2020. 
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
   1. NO commission will be taken by Satek Winery on any of your sales.
   2. You will be responsible for the set-up, tear-down and clean-up of your space. Everything must be removed at the end of the event.  We will not be responsible for anything left on Satek Winery property. 
   3. Please feel free to bring a cooler with beverages (water, soda, etc.) for your own personal use. You can purchase Satek wine by the glass or the bottle in our Tasting Room.  However, you may NOT bring outside alcoholic beverages onsite. THAT IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
7. PROMOTION: We will be promoting this event via newsletter, social media, local event listings, marketing materials, etc. We will supply you with posters & postcards.
8. EVENT: As this is an ART SHOW, we kindly ask that only artists & exhibitors who make their own goods apply for this event.
